How to make a claim
Making a claim for personal injury compensation has never been easier. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Fill in our online form
Fill in our online claim form (on the left) and one of our claims specialists will review your case and contact you within 24 hours with friendly and helpful advice; and to discuss with you in confidence the merits of your claim.
Step 2: Case file forwarded to panel solicitor
Once you are satisfied with the advice provided by our claims specialist and you agree to make a claim, your case file will then be forwarded to one of our panel solicitors who will discuss your case with you in more detail and send you some paperwork for you to read and sign. Most of the work will be done by the solicitor and the claim will not take up much of your time.
Step 3: The solicitor makes your claim
Once the paperwork is signed and returned, the solicitor will send out a letter of claim to the defendant to inform them of your intention to claim compensation for the injuries caused to you. You will then be asked to attend a medical assessment to see how badly your injury affected you. Lastly, the solicitor will assess the loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses and attempt to recover these.
Step 4: Conclusion
The claim comes to a conclusion. If successful, we will send you 100% of your compensation. If the claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay a penny.
